The Sydney Monitor (NSW Wednesday 18 September 1833
The cutter Blackbird (formerly Letitia Bingham, Revenue cutter,) when in Government service, was pronounceed unseaworthly,
and dangerous to go outside the Heads ; she now makes regular trips to Van Diemaun, Land in perfect safety, and the last trip thence was performed in three days.

Yesterday was launched from His Majesty's dockyard, a fine strong built handsome vessel, of 40 tons
burthen, named the Snapper. She is intended as a revenue cutter, or dispatch vessel.

The Government vessel Mars, is converting into a revenue cutter.
The Monitor (Sydney, NSW Friday 15 June 1827
THE DART, Revenue Cutter, was launched on Tuesday morning at His Majesty Dock yard. She was built by
Mr. D. Egan, and the Government boat builders in the Yard, and is pronounced by judges well adapted forFix this text
the. use she is intended. Several Gentlemen were present to witness the sight, which speaks well for
the advancement of our adopted Country. No accident occured and she went off the stocks in good style.

SALE BF PUBLIC AUCTION.
On Monday the 3rd day of April next, at 12 o'clock precisely, Mr. Stracey will sell by public auction, at the New Wharf, the government cutter " Charlotte," at a credit of twelve
months, without interest, upon approved security.
A description of the vessel, and every other information, relative therato, may be obtained, on application at the office of the Port Officer.

we understand that the late Government cutter Lapwing to be re-named the Port Lincoln Packet. .. Her new
owners are to make an experimental cruisc to-morrow, accompanied by a select number of old Port Lincolnttes !
after which the smart little craft will commence its ordinary service as the medium of communication between the two ports
