Data opracowania czy wprowadzenia do użycia nie świadczy, że działa były dostępne w wystarczających ilościach.
Co prawda rozumiem to Wasze przekomarzanie, ale jakimś cudem RN stawiała w tym czasie niszczyciele z działami 120 mm np. późniejszy nasz Garland.
Wspominałem już o zauroczeniu krążownikiem dla Brazylii, o którym był krótki tekst w Okrętach Wojennych nr 177. Chodzi tu o projekty 1058 i 1059 firmy Vickers i szkic autorstwa Johna Jordana, który przedstawił okręt o materiały dostarczone z archiwum przez autora tekstu Dawida Murfina.
Poniżej przedstawiam sylwetkę krążownika 1059, którą oparłem na szkicu J. Jordana. Wprowadziłem również dane tego krążownika (przedstawione w artykule) do programu Springsharp v. 2.1 i wyliczone dane przedstawiam pod sylwetkami. Piszę sylwetkami, ponieważ narysowałem również swoją wersję projektu 1059 dla okresu II wojny światowej - domyślnie rok 1942-43.
Żeby było ciekawiej, to dane okrętów różnią się między sobą, ponieważ moja wersja "nie chciała się spiąć" i musiałem wprowadzić dość duże zmiany np. współczynnika pełnotliwości, żeby okręt miał odpowiednią wytrzymałość konstrukcji. Oczywiście teoretyczną wg. Springsharpa.
Sądzę, że pierwotna wersja projektu 1058/1059 byłaby dobrym raiderem dla Kpt. G.
