LETETIA BINGHAM 1m cutterThe cutter Blackbird (formerly Letitia Bingham, Revenue cutter,) when in Government service, was pronounceed unseaworthly,
and dangerous to go outside the Heads ; she now makes regular trips to Van Diemaun, Land in perfect safety, and the last trip thence was performed in three days.
Yesterday was launched from His Majesty's dockyard, a fine strong built handsome vessel, of 40 tons
burthen, named the Snapper. She is intended as a revenue cutter, or dispatch vessel.

The Government cutter, Charlotte, was sold by auction yesterday, by Mr. J. C. Stracey,for the sum of £605, shewing the value of
vessels of that description for coasters to the whaling station.
