Vikinn, it is not so simple as in your first post. Firstly, not all these ships were troopships – many were transports of stores, food and so on. Secondly, a few of them were really total loss. They were so reported in British newspapers and even official reports, but – although on the ground, without masts – many could be saved and repaired. There are reports on their long service after “loss” at Balaklava 1854.
In any case:
Steamers: Melbourne (wrecked, but saved after storm), Prince.
Sail ships: Resolute, Caduceus, Kenilworth, Malti or Malta (Maltese was a nationality, probably not a name of this ship), Medora (wrecked, but saved after storm), Mercia (wrecked, but maybe saved after storm), Panola, Pride of the Ocean, Progress, Rip van Winkle, Wanderer, Wild Wave, Lady Valiant (seriously damaged, but not really wrecked), Sir Robert Sale (seriously damaged, but not really wrecked).

In this storm, near the Crimea coast but not exactly at Balaklava, British lost (a few maybe only temporarily) other transports as well:
Steamers: Ganges, Tyrone.
Sail ships: Asia, Rodsley, Georgiana, Glendalough, Her Majesty, London, Pyrenees.

This list is far from complete and far from final conclusions.

Caduceus – wood, transport No.19, built 1854. Owners (1854): Fletcher, Son & Fearnall (or Fletcher brothers) from London. Gross tonnage 1006 tons, length 56,74 m, width 10,36 m, depth 6,53 m. Frigate, later probably bark. In first cruise as a Crimea transport from 12.04.1854. Seriously damaged at Balaklava, but towed to Constantinople. Bought 1869 by Shaw, Savill & Co. Cruised from Liverpool to Australia. Sold 1873 to H. Edwards from South Shields. Wrecked 1874.

Kenilworth – wood, transport No.40, built 1852 at Sunderland. Owners (1854) Blair & Co from Sunderland. Frigate. Tonnage 526 (old) and 623 (new) tons. In first cruise as a Crimea transport from 29.04.1854.

Malti (Malta) – probably merchant brig from Malta. Lost with all crew.

Medora – wood, transport No.45. Gross tonnage 642 tons. In first cruise as a Crimea transport from 28.04.1854. In January 1855 was still at Balaklava, as an ammunition ship, full of powder.

Mercia – wood, transport No.2. Frigate. Built 1850 at Sunderland. Owners (1854): Prowse & Co. (or J. Prouse). Gross tonnage 649 tons or 1567 tons. In first cruise as a Crimea transport from 18.03.1854.

Panola – wood, transport No.71. Frigate. Built 1851 at Quebec. Owners: J. Dunn from Liverpool. Tonnage 813 (old) and 965 (new) tons. In first cruise as a Crimea transport from 20.05.1854.

Pride of the Ocean – wood, transport No.21. Owners (1854) Joseph Shepherd. Gross tonnage 1279 ton. In first cruise as a Crimea transport from 19. (or 25.) 04.1854. In storm at Balaklava seriously damaged (even abandoned by the crew), but later served as a depot-ship and hospital-ship.

Wild Wave – wood, transport No.63. Frigate. Gross tonnage 566 tons. In first cruise as a Crimea transport from 31.03.1854.

Lady Valiant – wood, transport No.16. Bark. Built 1846 at Southampton. Owners (1854) Blyths & Greene (or Blythe & Greene) from London. Tonnage 578 (old) tons and 726 (new) tons. In first cruise as a Crimea transport from 10.04.1854.

Sir Robert Sale – wood, transport No.88. Frigate. Built 1843 from teak. Owners (1854) Teighe & Co. from London. Gross tonnage 741 tons. In first cruise as a Crimea transport from 31.05.1854.
